Jira Support Engineer / Jira Administrator

Contract

Sr. Atlassian cloud Jira/ confluence administrators’ contractors who need to have hands-on experience (5 years+), with good logical thinking and familiar with the Atlassian Jira / confluence support

Technical Skills

Hands‑on experience with Jira administration (minimum 3–5 years preferred).

Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permission management, and configurations.

Experience in Jira automation (Automation for Jira, Script Runner, or similar).

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.

Basic understanding of Confluence integration is preferred.

Organizational & Functional Skills

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to understand business processes and map them into Jira workflows.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.
