Job Title- IT Project Coordinator
Location- Irvine, CA (4 Days Onsite)
What will you do:
Project Coordination
Support planning, scheduling, and execution of software development projects
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Maintain risk logs, issue trackers, and change requests
Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed
Reporting & Analytics (Strong Excel Focus)
Develop and maintain detailed project trackers and dashboards in Excel
Perform data analysis using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and conditional formatting
Create automated reporting templates for weekly/monthly status updates
Track budget utilization, resource allocation, and burn-down metrics
Consolidate data from multiple sources into executive-ready reports
Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps through data analysis
Executive Communication (Strong PowerPoint Focus)
Create professional executive-level presentations
Prepare project status decks for leadership and stakeholders
Visualize project KPIs, risks, and timelines using charts and infographics
Translate technical information into clear business-focused summaries
Ideal Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience supporting IT or software development projects
Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
Pivot tables
Advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, IF statements)
Charts and dashboards
Data validation and reporting automation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint:
Executive presentations
Data visualization
Slide design and storytelling
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
