Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Global Payments & Trade team to support our billing transformation project. This role will act as a contact for business partners, technology teams, and enterprise billing stakeholders for a Billing Modernization initiative. Responsible for end to end delivery management, including scope management, planning, follow up and execution of billing initiatives. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal defects, while adhering to firm adopted delivery and governance methodologies. The role operates 8:00am–5:00pm ET, is contract with potential to convert, and is ideal for a senior, hands-on delivery professional comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution: Own day-to-day delivery of billing initiatives, ensuring progress against scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between business users, enterprise billing, product, operations, and technology teams, facilitating alignment and decision-making.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively track RAID items (risks, actions, issues, decisions), drive follow-ups, escalate when appropriate, and ensure resolution.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide concise, senior-ready status updates, facilitate working sessions, and guide discussions to drive outcomes and close open action items.
Qualifications:
Strong delivery or project management experience within financial services or a large, complex enterprise environment
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable rolling up sleeves to problem-solve in fast-moving, evolving environments
Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs), JIRA, and Agile delivery methodologies
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting billing modernization, platform migration, or transformation initiatives
Prior exposure to enterprise billing platforms or financial systems
Experience providing executive-level reporting and delivery transparency
Background in transaction banking, treasury services, or large-scale financial operations
