Account Executive – SaaS Growth | Ghent (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll own and manage the sales process end-to-end, working closely with Marketing and leadership to drive new business growth.

Generate, qualify, and manage leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Own the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline, activities, and forecasts
Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve campaigns and positioning
Continuously refine your sales approach using data, feedback, and coaching

What You Bring

2–5 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales
Native-level Dutch and professional English
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable owning targets
Interest in technology, SaaS solutions, and the Ghent tech ecosystem
Based in or near Ghent
