Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Lead design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications
Ensure alignment with:
Architectural standards
Business goals
Review:
Code merges
CI/CD pipeline activity
Monitor builds and deployments (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Build and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS:
Compute
Storage
Serverless services

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree OR
4 years of job-related work experience OR
2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in:
Application development
Systems testing
Other job-related IT experience

Software Engineering & Frameworks

Full-stack development experience with:
Java / Java EE ecosystems
JavaScript frameworks
Agile methodology
Medicare domain experience

Cloud Platforms & Architecture

Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure
Experience with:
Lift-and-shift
Re-platforming projects
Design and build:
Resilient
High availability (HA)
Fault-tolerant systems
Follow Cloud Well-Architected Framework
