JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and technically deep Platform Manager to own and evolve the enterprise Atlassian ecosystem — spanning Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software (JSW), Confluence, Bitbucket, and a growing suite of DevSecOps integrations. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both set the strategic direction for the platform and roll up your sleeves to architect solutions, guide engineers, and drive platform maturity across the organization. Day-to-day, you will lead a team of platform engineers, partner closely with stakeholders across engineering, cybersecurity, product, and business operations, and serve as the enterprise's primary technical authority for all things Atlassian.
This role owns a multi-year platform roadmap with a clear mandate: modernize, automate, and intelligently scale the Atlassian platform to support enterprise-wide engineering and service management. You will drive the expansion of AI-driven capabilities — including virtual agents, intelligent routing, and predictive analytics — while ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and aligned to ITSM and DevSecOps best practices. If you are energized by the intersection of platform engineering, service management, and emerging AI tooling, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead at scale.

Manage and mentor a team of platform engineers, overseeing workload planning, sprint execution, and delivery of enhancements.
Own the enterprise CMDB/Assets module, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and alignment with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
Drive integration with CI/CD pipelines, identity management, monitoring tools, and the broader DevSecOps ecosystem.
Expand AI-driven capabilities within JSM and Jira, including virtual agents, predictive analytics, intelligent routing, and automated remediation.
Establish platform governance standards and lifecycle management practices across all business units.
Lead enterprise onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives for Atlassian tools.
Collaborate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, Product, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Communicate platform updates, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
