Job Title: Technical Program Manager – MarTech

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

Experience Required: Engineering Degree with 6+ Years of Relevant Program Management Experience at high scale.

About the Role

We are hiring Technical Program Managers to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) PMO team in Toronto. This role will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to drive large-scale web application product launches and marketing technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
Manage product roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
Track delivery goals and execution plans throughout the year.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum best practices are followed.
Oversee web application product launches and revenue-driven initiatives.
Collaborate within Marketing and external business teams to build scalable program and product solutions.

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
Strong foundation in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Engineering degree or solid technical/engineering background.
Working knowledge of JQL or Money.com or Airtable is highly preferred.
Domain experience in Marketing, Advertising, Performance Marketing, or CRM.
Exposure to Martech platforms or related ecosystems.
Experience driving engineering delivery from planning through execution.
Experience leading engineering and product teams for web-based product launches.
Hands-on expertise with Jira and other robust project management tools.
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across teams.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical products and programs.
