Job Title: Technical Program Manager – MarTech

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

Type: Contract

About the Role:

We are hiring Technical Program Managers to join our Marketing Technology (MarTech) PMO team in Toronto. This person will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensuring seamless cross-functional delivery across web-based product initiatives (focused on web/product programs, ).

:

Engineering Degree with 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles.
Experience driving engineering delivery from planning through execution.
Strong Agile and Scrum experience.
Previous History of hands-on involvement in web application product launches and experience working closely with engineering teams.
Expertise in Jira or Airtable.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools, and proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical products and programs.
