Role: Sr. Anaplan Consultant

Location:- Princeton, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)

Must Have 11+ Experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate should understand the Agile way of working for Anaplan.
Understand the user stories listed in the sprint and convert them into Anaplan deliverables.
Candidate should have good communication skills to interact with business users and remove any roadblocks during sprint development.
Candidate should be capable of driving sessions for end users, demonstrating developed functionalities in Anaplan, gathering feedback, and implementing the same.
Candidate should be able to coordinate with different teams for Anaplan integration needs.
Coordinate and drive the UAT cycle for business users and publish UAT results.
Create Functional and Technical / SOP documents for end users on Anaplan-developed models.
Migrate Anaplan models to the production workspace and support and fix end-user issues.
Provide user training on Anaplan-developed models and UX/UI.

Skills

Candidate should have strong model design and development capabilities in Anaplan, with an understanding of DISCO and PLAN standards to avoid performance challenges.
Candidate should have knowledge of UX and UI capabilities of Anaplan to develop end-user Anaplan apps.
Candidate should have a clear understanding of financial planning processes and be able to understand business language and convert it into Anaplan deliverables.
Candidate should have a good understanding of R&D Planning, Gross-to-Net Planning, and Accrual Financial Planning.
Knowledge of the pharma domain will be an additional advantage.
Should have a good understanding of Anaplan security (Selective Access and DCA).
Should have good knowledge of model and workspace management.
Should be Solution Architect certified with an FP&A planning background.
Candidate should have strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot production issues.
Candidate should have a clear understanding of the Financial Closure process (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).
Candidate should be delivery-focused and capable of meeting agreed timelines.
Candidate should understand tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
