As a Director, Sales at Prophix, you are tasked with being an inspirational leader to our world class sales team. As the individual accountable for this critical mentoring role, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of highly performing Account Executives and Account Managers in a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked to ensure your team helps our prospective customers have a world class experience with Prophix.
We are looking for competitive, self-motivated, intelligent, accountable, likeable people who love to inspire others to be their best. In your role, you will continue to grow your skills in team management, coaching, training, forecasting, presentation, organization, and negotiation.
Requirements
What You Will Do
Hire, ramp up, develop and promote a team of driven sales professionals to perform in The Prophix Way (Prophix's sales methodology)
Identify opportunities to improve team KPI's and continuously increase sales team efficiency
Consistently deliver against team goals
Embody the Prophix culture of care, collaboration, and performance, while always focused on creating the best version of yourself to Prophix and the world
Learn, teach, and assist your team throughout their sales cycles by helping to understand our prospect's/customer's needs and mapping them to the value Prophix delivers
Confidently forecast, report and own accountability for the results of your team
Drive sales prospecting and lead generation strategies across the team
Collaborate with team members to share and learn best practices around Prophix's products and services
Continuously increase your sales management skills to move forward in your career at Prophix

Required Qualifications

Finance and Accounting background, knowledge, and experience is beneficial
Sales training in MEDDIC or equivalent qualification framework is beneficial
Industry knowledge and experience is beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong technical proficiency in the use of Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint strongly preferred
Have a successful track record of achievement as both an individual contributor and as a manager
Demonstrated ability to lead others (and have others want your leadership and support)
Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology
Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
