Program Manager – Business Transformation
Job Summary
The Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation will support a multi-year, enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation by coordinating a portfolio of initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners.
This role focuses on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) capabilities, including:
Order Management
Pricing & Contracts
Billing & Credit
Accounts Receivable
Customer Management
Related system integrations
This role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution—providing portfolio visibility, dependency management, and readiness coordination without owning wave-level deployment delivery.
Essential Duties
Portfolio Planning & Governance
Maintain the transformation portfolio plan covering business readiness and SAP initiatives
Manage sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and risks—focused on OTC initiatives
Support intake, prioritization, and scope governance aligned to strategy and value drivers
Ensure compliance with governance, stage gates, and decision frameworks
Prepare executive-ready materials for Steering Committees and portfolio reviews
Business & Process Owner Engagement
Partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to define objectives, scope, and success measures
Build participation plans with Deployment, Change, and Training Leads
Track engagement commitments and identify capacity risks
Facilitate alignment when priorities or dependencies conflict
SAP / IT Coordination
Align business priorities with SAP, Data, and IT delivery plans
Provide visibility into SAP progress, risks, and readiness impacts
Ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology domains
Third-Party / System Integrator Coordination
Align System Integrators to OTC priorities and governance standards
Track partner deliverables, dependencies, and risks
Support issue escalation and reinforce quality and knowledge transfer
Business Readiness & Adoption
Coordinate enterprise readiness baselining, planning, and milestone tracking
Partner with Data, Change, Training, and Communications leads
Escalate readiness risks related to timing, capacity, or adoption
Risk, Dependency & Value Tracking
Maintain portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies
Track benefits, KPIs, and value realization
Shift reporting from task completion to business capability outcomes
