Business Development Manager, Logistics and Manufacturing Automation, Benelux

Our client, a fast growing international provider of robotics and intelligent automation solutions, is expanding in the Benelux region and is hiring a results driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across logistics and manufacturing automation.

This is a front line commercial role for someone who thrives on opening new accounts, building pipeline, and closing projects. You will own the territory commercially and drive opportunities from first outreach to signed order and revenue realization.

What you will own

You will take full ownership of business growth and revenue generation in Benelux. You will develop a clear territory and account plan, identify the right target segments, and execute consistently to exceed sales targets.

What you will do

You will proactively approach and win new customers including system integrators, distributors, installers, and end users. You will build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and industry engagement. You will lead commercial discussions, deliver persuasive solution presentations, and run negotiations through to closing. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order closing, and revenue realization. You will work closely with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to deliver competitive, customer focused proposals. You will also represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions across the region, while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.

What we are looking for

You have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development within logistics automation, manufacturing automation, robotics, intralogistics, or industrial equipment. You can demonstrate consistent new logo wins and target achievement in the Benelux market. You are confident in solution based and project based sales, comfortable with multi stakeholder buying cycles, and strong in negotiation and closing. An existing network with integrators or key end users in Benelux is a strong advantage. English is required, plus Dutch and or French.
