What you’ll do

Lead end‑to‑end feature development—from ideation and planning to implementation and deployment. You’ll write and review code across the stack, prioritizing both speed and quality.
Contribute to the evolution of our technical architecture, helping define best practices, manage technical debt, and determine when to build versus buy.
Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product roadmap by understanding customer pain points, analyzing user behavior, assessing feasibility, and aligning on priorities.
Gain broad exposure to all parts of a startup, including sales, customer discovery, strategy, and more.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of experience building full‑stack applications using Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
Strong understanding of modern web development best practices
Deep expertise in database architecture and management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally to balance product and technical needs
A strong sense of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
Experience designing systems from the ground up and scaling them from 0→1
Interest or experience in AI, ML, or LLM technologies
