We are expanding our bench of experienced Change and Business Analysts to support change, project, and program delivery across a variety of long-term client engagements.

Role Overview
Analysts support the effective delivery of transformation initiatives by coordinating activities, maintaining structured documentation, and enabling alignment across stakeholders. Depending on assignment, this may include change analysis, data analysis, project coordination, governance support, process documentation, schedule tracking, and executive-ready reporting.
These roles operate at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
Capture and track meeting notes, decisions, risks, and action items
Maintain project schedules and dashboards (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar tools)
Develop structured documentation including process maps, WBS, communications, and training materials
Support governance routines, PFRs, memos, and executive reporting
Track adoption metrics and provide analytical insights to guide decision-making
Assist with budget tracking, purchase order review, and contract coordination
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions as needed
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, and timelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–8+ years of experience in project, program, change, or business analysis roles
Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, system implementations, or operating model changes
Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable outputs
Comfortable working across technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders
Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Powerpoint, or similar platforms
Consulting experience or 1099 contract experience preferred
Industry experience in higher education, mining, energy, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus.
