Job Specifications

As we work towards the opening of our new museum in Smithfield in 2026, we’re delivering an ambitious programme of Digital transformation. There’s never been a more exciting time to join our award-winning Digital Innovation team.

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Production Officer to work alongside our Digital Product Managers supporting project delivery across multiple workstreams. As well as coordinating project tasks, timelines, and communications, you will support the ongoing work to ensure our digital platforms are managed effectively.

You will have experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and website content management systems, as well as finance administration tasks and budget tracking. If you are a well-organised creative problem-solver with an eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

If you are successfully shortlisted you will be invited to an interview where you will be asked questions to help us understand more about what you share in your application, and in particular to understand how you meet the essential person specification criteria for the role and demonstrate our museum behaviours. You will also be asked to complete a timed task at interview stage which will form part of our selection process.
