Job Specifications

Department: Sales

Reports to: Director of Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a creative free-thinker who is passionate about bringing collaborative value-based solutions to life. We deliver on all our commitments by mastering relationships, and by being the authors of our own destiny. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves the thrill that comes with taking on challenges, then we want to meet you.

The Role

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding an established portfolio of private label accounts while driving additional incremental revenue through new business development with large retailers such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot and Rona.

The successful candidate will assume strategic ownership of an established client portfolio and lead consultative, solution-based engagements that drive long-term program growth.

This role combines portfolio ownership, commercial strategy, financial discipline, and cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for an existing book of business and is expected to grow accounts, protect margin performance, and contribute meaningfully to annual growth objectives.

This is a commercially accountable position suited for a senior sales professional with demonstrated experience managing and expanding significant retail portfolios within the home textile or apparel industry.
