Job Specifications

Role: Junior Project Manager

Location: Wimbledon, London (On-site, full time)

Start: ASAP

Contract: 3 months

A bustling integrated creative agency in Wimbledon is seeking a Project Manager on a three-month contract to support delivery across a varied portfolio of digital and print projects. This is a fully on-site role working within a collaborative, creative environment where your organisational skills and proactive approach will be central to keeping workstreams moving smoothly.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of multiple pieces of work simultaneously, ensuring all projects are progressing on time, on budget and aligned with strategic and creative goals. Acting as a key hub between internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage workflows, track progress, capture meeting notes and risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver multiple digital and print projects from brief through to completion.
Create and update project plans, tracking deliverables, deadlines and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, design and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Lead project meetings, capture clear actions and circulate timely updates.
Maintain quality control on outputs before delivery and support senior stakeholders with planning and prioritisation.
Monitor timelines and escalate risks early, proposing solutions to keep work on track.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external contacts.

What We’re Looking For:

A solid track record of managing both print and digital projects in a creative, integrated or agency environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise across competing deadlines.
Strong communication skills — verbal, written and in documentation — with experience in stakeholder liaison.
Experience managing project workflows, meetings, notes and reporting.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Experience within the drinks sector is desirable but not essential.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative setting and enjoys being the glue that holds complex project delivery together.
