What will your typical day look like?
Collaborate with client teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to AI and technology transformation.
Contribute to the development of AI and technology strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
Analyze client processes, data, and systems to identify improvement opportunities across business and technology domains.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements, supporting solution design and implementation in partnership with technical teams.
Assist in creating future-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans that enable successful adoption of AI and emerging technologies.
Support client guidance on emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data platforms, and cloud capabilities.
Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and analyses for client stakeholders and internal teams.
Collaborate effectively within project teams, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on AI and technology trends, applying insights to strengthen client solutions and your own expertise.
About The Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy team. Our work spans AI strategy, technology enabled transformation, and core modernization. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of strategies that help clients adopt emerging technologies and modernize their core operations. The role requires strong consulting skills, functional insight, and techno functional capabilities that enable you to connect business needs with practical solution approaches. Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is an asset.

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, AI strategy, or technology transformation.
Understanding of AI concepts and emerging technologies including machine learning, automation, data platforms, and cloud services.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and solution concepts.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Solid project management capabilities with experience managing workstreams or deliverables.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client context and priorities.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Industry experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly complex regulated sectors.
Certifications in AI, analytics, cloud, or related technologies.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
