What will your typical day look like?
Lead the development and execution of AI and technology strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
Oversee strategy and transformation engagements spanning AI, enterprise technology modernization, and broader technology initiatives.
Assess client challenges, map current state processes and capabilities, and identify opportunities to improve performance across business and technology domains.
Apply techno functional skills to interpret business needs, develop requirements, and shape solution approaches in partnership with technical teams.
Support the development of future state operating models, implementation roadmaps, and transformation plans.
Guide clients on adoption of emerging technologies including but not limited to AI, automation, data platforms, core technology platforms, and cloud capabilities.
Manage project teams, ensuring disciplined delivery, effective communication, and professional development.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as their primary advisor throughout engagements.
Contribute to solution design across functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
Participate in business development activities including proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
About The Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of AI and technology strategies, and help clients shape and execute large scale technology transformations. This role requires strong consulting capabilities, functional insight, and techno-functional skills that enable you to bridge business needs with practical, technology enabled solutions. Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of consulting or technology transformation experience, ideally including exposure to AI, digital modernization, or enterprise technology programs.
Proven track record of leading AI and technologies strategy and large-scale technology implementation projects and delivering impactful results.
Strong functional understanding of business processes in areas such as operations, finance, supply chain, customer, or enterprise systems.
Techno functional ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and solution components.
Demonstrated capability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and structured thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated success managing and mentoring teams.
Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision making.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
