Job Specifications

Role: Senior Backend Engineer (Node, TypeScript, AWS)

Location: 1 day a week in London, 4 days remote

Salary £90-£100k

A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Backend Software Engineer, to join a London-based team, on a full time basis. You'll be working in a high impact role on enterprise-level software for an innovative SaaS company based in the UK, looking to grow and enhance their core AI product.

Role and responsibilities

To take ownership of key areas such as multi-user reliability and security. Writing, testing and deploying code that adheres to relevant coding and compliance standards.
Building scalable APIs, integrations, event-driven systems and monitoring logs.
Working alongside the Product team and the Senior Management Team to get soar enterprise workflows over the line.
To be proactive, engaged, and to thrive in a fast moving, high impact role that will adapt and evolve with the growth of the company

Skills

Expert knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
Proficiency with Postgres and GraphQL
Strong AWS infrastructure and cloud experience
Experience building enterprise grade, multi-user software is essential.
A track record in shipping systems that scale to real users
