Job Title: Reporting Platform Administrator/Analyst

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Reporting Platform Administrator to own and manage enterprise reporting platforms in a regulated environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Administer and support Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) – both are must-have.
Manage platform operations including user provisioning, gateways, upgrades, monitoring, uptime, and production support.
Maintain and improve runbooks, SOPs, and incident management processes.
Support authentication, SSO, and access/security models.
Ensure high availability and business continuity in an enterprise environment.
Partner with internal teams to support BI platform reliability and governance.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred).
3–6 years of hands-on experience in reporting tool administration.
Strong expertise in Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) administration (mandatory).
Experience with Azure (preferred); AWS/GCP exposure is a plus.
Familiarity with Snowflake.
Understanding of enterprise security, service management, and incident processes.
Ability to manage multiple tools in a fast-paced environment.
