Hybrid in Leeds/Bristol, UK

Lead and manage offshore teams covering Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Data Modelling activities.

· Provide technical direction, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to data architecture and engineering best practices.

· Plan and allocate work across the offshore team, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

· Design, develop, and oversee scalable data pipelines using PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Cloud Spanner.

· Ensure data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.

· Guide optimization of SQL queries, partitioning strategies, indexing, and cost-efficient data processing.
