As part of continued investment in technology and infrastructure, they are now seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead their global operations function from London.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Service Delivery, you will lead a team of nine specialists responsible for 24/7 operational support across a multi-site international environment.

You’ll take ownership of the firm’s operational infrastructure strategy, ensuring services are resilient, secure, cost-effective and aligned to business priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role, combining technical depth, operational excellence and senior stakeholder engagement.

Key focus areas include:

Leading global infrastructure operations across physical, virtual and cloud environments
Embedding ITIL, DevOps and SRE principles to strengthen resilience and service quality
Driving automation, observability and digital experience monitoring (DEX)
Managing major incidents, problem management and continual improvement initiatives
Owning third-party vendor relationships and service performance (SLAs/KPIs)
Ensuring compliance with security and patching standards, including Cyber Essentials Plus
Managing budgets across operational and capital expenditure

The environment includes enterprise Windows infrastructure, virtualised platforms, global WAN networks (Cisco/Juniper), advanced cybersecurity tooling, monitoring platforms, and a growing focus on cloud adoption and automation.
