Job Specifications

A professional services organization is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support firmwide growth initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing and business development leadership to support new business efforts, client development, and strategic initiatives.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys creating compelling pitches, managing proposals, and supporting relationship‑driven growth in a collaborative environment.

This a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office expectation in the North Park area and offers a competitive base compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Support business development strategy and execution across priority markets and practices
Coordinate and contribute to RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials, including research, content development, and deadline management
Assist with creating client‑facing presentations and tailored pitch content
Conduct market, client, and competitive research to support growth initiatives
Track and report on business development activity, including pipeline data, wins, referrals, and cross‑selling efforts
Maintain CRM data, client lists, and engagement tracking
Help plan and manage events and sponsorships that support business development and client engagement
Coordinate awards submissions and directory rankings, including drafting content and managing timelines
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, and leadership teams
Support internal reporting, presentations, and leadership communications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
2–4 years of experience in business development, marketing, proposals, or a related role-legal or similar experience preferred.
Hands‑on experience with RFPs, pitches, and proposal coordination
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Experience working in a CRM or similar tracking system
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a professional services environment
