Job Specifications

We're seeking a Mid Developer - EA for a Public Sector client (Canada Remote). This 6-month contract (extension possible) requires ServiceNow Certified professionals with 5+ years software development, 3+ years ServiceNow development, 4+ years lead experience, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Enterprise Architecture module.

Mandatory Certifications

ICAgile OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist AND/OR ServiceNow Application Developer

Must Haves

Software development: 5+ years
ServiceNow development: 3+ years
Java understanding
Development lead experience: 4+ years (code reviews/PR strategy/team coaching)
ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA) module experience (CMDB, Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio, Business Applications)

Core Responsibilities

ServiceNow EA module development (Application Rationalization, Technology Roadmap, Business Capability Mapping)
Technical leadership: code reviews, branch strategy, DevSecOps practices
Cross-functional Agile delivery of EA-related user stories/features/enhancements
Custom ServiceNow EA application design/coding/implementation
Unit testing + acceptance criteria validation
Production bug troubleshooting + fixes
