About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data & Business Insights Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.

You will work closely with business teams, data analysts, and stakeholders to support reporting, analysis, and performance tracking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple sources
Assist in analysing datasets to identify trends and patterns
Support the creation of dashboards and performance reports
Translate business requirements into analytical tasks
Assist in preparing insights and presentations for stakeholders
Maintain data accuracy and quality standards
Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis requests
Follow data governance and confidentiality guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, IT, Mathematics, or a related field
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Academic or internship experience involving data analysis
Basic knowledge of business performance metrics
Exposure to reporting tools or business intelligence platforms
