Dutch-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Paris

A fast-growing SaaS company is expanding its commercial team after strong business performance and is now looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative based in Paris to support growth across the Netherlands and the Flemish-speaking region of Belgium.

Joining a small, high-performing sales team, this role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop strong prospecting skills and gain hands-on experience in outbound sales.

Your Role

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, primarily targeting companies in the transport and logistics sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting, with around 300 calls per week
Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers in transport and logistics companies
Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the sales team
Managing outreach primarily through phone calls, supported by targeted email follow-ups
Working closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Continuously improving your prospecting and communication approach through coaching and feedback

This is a highly outbound role, perfect for someone motivated to build resilience, sharpen communication skills, and master the fundamentals of sales.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Dutch speaker, comfortable engaging with clients in the Netherlands and Flemish-speaking Belgium
0–18 months of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role
Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career in tech sales
Comfortable working in a phone-heavy environment with high outreach activity
Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn
Ambitious and target-driven, with a strong motivation to succeed
