Sales Development Representative (New Business, EMEA) – Paris (Hybrid)

Circa €60,000 base + uncapped commission (~30%)

A global technology company operating in the digital security, SaaS, and video/OTT space is hiring a driven sales professional to join its EMEA team.

This is a pure new business role, focused on building pipeline and generating revenue from scratch across the region.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating new opportunities and driving early-stage sales activity across EMEA.

Key responsibilities:

High-volume outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Building pipeline from zero
Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
Working closely with sales leadership and pre-sales teams on deal progression

Over time, you will take on greater responsibility in managing deals through longer and more complex sales cycles.

Technical curiosity and ability to grasp complex products
Background in video, media, OTT, or adjacent industries (preferred)

Package & Location

Circa €60K base salary
~30% uncapped commission
Additional incentives linked to deal progression
Paris-based (hybrid, 2 days in office)
