About The Opportunity

Our client in the GTA (Mississauga) area is looking for an Accounts Payables & Data Entry Administrator to join their fast-paced, growing team on a Contract basis to provide assistance on a migration project.

Duties include but are not limited to:

High volume Data Entry & Accounts Payables, adding invoices to appropriate accounts
Matching, batching, coding of invoices and expenses, obtaining approvals from appropriate sources
Verifying information for accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
Reconcile vendor statements to internal vendor accounts
Liaise with vendors as needed, answering inquiries while providing quality and professional direction
Ensure vendor files are accurate and up to date
Administrative support within the Accounting department as needed

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

1+ years experience in Accounting within a high-volume environment
Post-secondary education in Business Administration
Strong problem-solving skills
Highly organized, strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, collaborative
Strong oral and written communication

About the Job

The hourly wage for this contract opportunity is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
