Job Specifications

Must have skills:

1.5-7 years of proven experience training users on Salesforce and/or nCino platforms

2. 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training content for enterprise systems

3. Working experience supporting change or adoption initiatives within large programs

4. Strong facilitation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

5. Experience working with cross functional teams in Financial Services or Commercial Banking environments

Nice to have:

1. Hands on experience with Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360 or similar e learning tools

2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services cloud in commercial banking domain.

3. Direct experience with nCino Commercial Lending workflows

4. Experience working in Agile delivery environments or large transformation programs Soft Skills Required: • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills • Ability to translate complex system concepts into practical, user-friendly training
