Salesforce Automation QA

Canada - Remote

We currently looking to bring on a Senior Automation Lead/Engineer to support our team’s growing needs and expertise. We are looking for a highly technical individual who can hit the ground running with the following specific qualifications [

Hands-on Framework Development: Minimum of 7 years of experience building robust Selenium automation frameworks from scratch.

Python Expertise: Minimum of 7 years of experience writing and maintaining automated scripts using Python.
Salesforce Ecosystem: Proven experience automating workflows and testing within the Salesforce platform is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Web Application Expertise: Proven proficiency in testing complex, modern web applications across various architectures and browser environments.
Leadership: As a Lead/Senior resource, the candidate should be comfortable defining automation strategies and mentoring junior team members.
Performance Engineering: Hands-on experience using JMeter to develop and execute performance scripts, plus demonstrated ability to establish and drive a performance testing initiative across the organization.
Remote Flexibility: This is a remote position; however, we have a strong preference for candidates who can work within EST or CST time zones.
