Job Title: Onboarding Operations Coordinator

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract with possible

Description:

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the onboarding process of our grocery and retail merchants (non-restaurants). Going through the steps required for them to go properly live on our platform improves the experience of both merchants and customers, leading to greater merchant success on the platform.

About the Team:

The Grocery and Retail Merchant Ops team directly impacts client’s objectives of improving the experience and quality of our non-restaurant merchants in Canada. This team reports up through the Central Operations organization for US&C Grocery and Retail.

What You’ll Do:

Go through the steps required for a proper onboarding of the merchants
Manage processes around the onboarding flow
Monitor merchant storefronts and solve any identified issues related to onboarding
Identify ways to optimize the onboarding process

Basic Qualifications:

Must be highly organized
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project initiatives
Attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

SQL experience a plus but not required
Be flexible with making phone calls / account management project
Previous 3rd party delivery experiences
