Job Specifications
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to high-impact, customer-focused projects. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to building scalable, high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will leverage modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices to deliver innovative products that drive business value and enhance user experience.
Pay rate :$80/hr on w2 to $90/hr on w2
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver outcome-driven software solutions that address complex business and customer needs
Act as a technical advocate, ensuring code quality, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives
Lead and contribute to requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, integration, and production support
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while meeting quality and performance standards
Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Develop customer-centric solutions through rapid experimentation and iterative delivery
Apply Agile and DevSecOps practices to enable continuous integration, testing, and deployment
Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks
Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and robust implementations
Foster a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and mentorship
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
Strong foundation in OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices
5+ years of experience with technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, Python, C#, .NET Core, and SQL/NoSQL
5+ years of experience in Azure cloud-native development, including microservices and FaaS/PaaS architectures
Experience with Agile, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, and SRE practices
Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
