Job Specifications
Seeking a Senior IT Auditor / ITGC Lead to drive IT general controls (ITGC) testing and audits across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and change management processes. This role blends hands-on audit testing with audit leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across IT, finance, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle and SAP environments, be comfortable managing audits in legacy systems, and thrive in a dynamic environment impacted by recent mergers and increased workload.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform ITGC testing for the company’s SOX and IT audit programs, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Plan, assign, and oversee audit testing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with corporate standards.
Audit and test general IT controls, user access, and change management processes, identifying gaps and ensuring compliance.
Identify control gaps and audit findings, working with control owners to develop management action plans.
Document and report test results to leadership and external auditors.
Perform audits across multiple domains including applications (Oracle, SAP), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, communicating corporate IT audit requirements, policies, and testing methodologies.
Mentor junior auditors, teaching audit methodology, controls testing, and leadership best practices.
Recommend process improvements and enhancements to IT controls and corporate compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of IT audit experience, ideally combining hands-on testing with leadership/mentoring experience.
Strong experience in Oracle and SAP, including legacy systems, and knowledge of IT general controls (access, change management, operations).
CASIA Level certification or higher preferred; CFA or equivalent financial/technical background is a plus.
Demonstrated experience leading audits, creating test plans, assigning work, and managing audit teams.
Knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGC frameworks, and corporate audit standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
