Remote: candidates must be located in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, ME, MN, MO, NC, OK, SC, TX, or WI.

Compensation: Up to $120K + bonus plus benefits, PTO

Travel: Occasional travel (2–3 times per year; all expenses covered)

We are partnering with a stable, growing organization seeking a Software Developer to join their team.

This role will focus on building and enhancing modern web-based applications while supporting existing platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support web applications and backend services
Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and technical teams to deliver new features
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
Follow best practices for secure development and code quality
Contribute to modernization efforts and next-generation platform development

Requirements:

C#
Angular
Cloud/DevOps: Azure, Azure DevOps, containerization, event-driven architecture
NoSQL (Cosmos DB or similar)
5–7 years of software development experience
Experience with modern web architectures (microservices or large-scale applications)
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application design
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
