1st Line IT Helpdesk Analyst 3 month contract | £120 - £140

We're working with a leading professional services firm known for its high-touch internal support culture on this exciting opportunity.

Join a highly-regarded internal IT team where service quality takes priority over high-volume firefighting. You will be the face of IT for 350+ users, leveraging modern tools like Microsoft Intune and Azure to provide a seamless digital experience for your colleagues.

The Role

Serve as the first point of contact for all 1st line IT support queries, delivering exceptional customer service to internal staff.
Manage the full lifecycle of user access, including password resets and troubleshooting application issues within a Microsoft environment.
Build, configure, and deploy hardware for new starters using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and documented best practices.
Administer user accounts and devices across the modern stack, including Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure.
Drive effective asset management, ensuring all IT equipment is tracked, maintained, and ready for deployment.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support or Helpdesk Analyst role within a corporate environment.
Technical proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem: Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Azure, or WDS.
Outstanding communication skills and a "customer-first" mentality that has helped you build a strong reputation in previous roles.
Ability to follow documented processes for hardware imaging and new starter setups accurately and efficiently.
