We are seeking a sophisticated Scrum Tester with a specialized focus on Agent AI and automation to join a high-impact project in Hartford. This role is ideal for a quality engineering professional who understands the evolution of testing from deterministic scripts to non-deterministic AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Validation: Validate and test topic and action accuracy within Agent AI frameworks, accounting for the non-deterministic nature of AI outputs.
Prompt Engineering: Generate and leverage sophisticated prompts within a Test Center environment to refine and iterate based on results.
Automation Development: Design, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
Integration Testing: Perform rigorous testing of APIs and complex data integrations to ensure seamless system performance.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in a SAFe Agile environment, collaborating effectively within an onshore/offshore support model.
Test Management: Document and track defects utilizing JIRA and the Rational Tool Suite.

Qualifications & Experience

Overall Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Software Quality Engineering.
Technical Core: 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Selenium Automation and Java.
AI Specialization: Proven experience in AI Testing and Prompt Generation.
Methodology: Strong mastery of Agile principles and experience in SAFe environments.
Tools: High proficiency in JIRA and functional testing methodologies.
Preferred Background: Experience in Healthcare or Contact Center/Customer Support systems is highly desirable.
