Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

About The Organization

Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) exists to help our field teams win more, retain more, and save time by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, tools, and behaviors needed to succeed in their current role and the next.

GTME partners closely with Global Business leadership, GTM Operations, Product, Marketing, Pricing, and GTM Technology to drive go‑to‑market execution, skills transformation, and business change. Our work spans scaled global programs, local and segment-specific enablement, and in‑the‑flow learning experiences powered by data, AI, and modern learning design.
