Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an HR Analyst. This position involves supporting domestic relocation processes, managing end-to-end case delivery, coordinating external vendors, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. It presents a unique opportunity to be part of a global mobility team dedicated to relocating families across countries while enhancing HR operations.

Pay rate range (CAD): $31.52/hr – $37.83/hr

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end relocation case service delivery, including troubleshooting and coordinating moving services.
Collaborate with HR and business partners to facilitate smooth relocations.
Provide advice and guidance to relocating colleagues on programs and policies.
Maintain and update relocation files and related documentation accurately.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding case status and updates.
Coordinate with external vendors such as relocation management companies, destination service providers, and immigration specialists.
Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Support home sale/purchase programs working closely with service providers and negotiating resolutions for potential losses.
Conduct immigration assessments, manage visa/permit renewals, and track expiration dates.
Prepare communication and compliance documentation, including CRA letters and privacy forms.
Provide backup support to other case managers as needed.

Desired Skill-Set

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take initiative.
Proven experience in global mobility or relocation support.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead and offer solutions.
Experience with invoicing and financial processes.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in global mobility within a financial organization.
HR or related background certifications.
Experience with home sale or purchase programs.
