Senior Solutions Architect – Contract

Location: Farnborough & Corsham (hybrid)

Rate: £400–£500 per day (Outside IR35)

Role

Senior Solutions Architect required to design and deliver secure, scalable network and infrastructure solutions across complex environments. Strong focus on architecture, security, and end-to-end delivery.

Key Requirements

Proven experience producing HLD & LLD designs
Strong networking (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP)
Security expertise (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, protective monitoring)
Active Directory integration experience
AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, Route 53, GuardDuty)
Cisco stack (ACI, Nexus, Wireless, ISE, Prime) + F5 BIG-IP
Experience working in ITIL / ISO 27001 environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery focus

Clearance

SC Cleared (DESNZ or MoD), or
Willing to undergo BS7858 (4–6 weeks, funded)

Hybrid working – onsite varies by project
