Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end recruitment support for Dutch‑speaking engineering projects across Energy, Process, and Pharmaceutical sectors, while contributing to employer branding and the Young Graduate campaign. Expactations: Final‑year Master’s student in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Political Sciences, Communication, or related field; strong recruitment interest; autonomous, multi‑tasking, and proactive; excellent Dutch and English communication; French is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and attract engineering talent for current and upcoming projects. 2. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and candidate follow‑up. 3. Maintain recruitment tools, update KPIs and dashboards. 4. Participate in local and international meetings to align with group activities and promote cross‑entity collaboration. 5. Support employer branding initiatives, including the Young Graduate campaign and job fair representation. Required Skills: - Talent acquisition methodology and candidate sourcing. - Interviewing and assessment techniques. - Project coordination and prioritisation. - Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English; French an asset. - Analytical mindset for KPI tracking and reporting. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or final year) in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Political Sciences, Communication, or an equivalent discipline. - Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French desirable.
