Product Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Own and actively evolve Conveo’s product narrative, positioning, and messaging across all key audiences. Transform product road‑map insights into compelling, reusable marketing assets that enable sales, customer success, and product adoption. Drive a rapid, data‑driven cycle of asset creation, iteration, and distribution without becoming a bottleneck.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑impact positioning, messaging, and proof points that change weekly.
- Maintain a single, accurate source of truth for all external product communications.
- Accelerate go‑to‑market by building systems, templates, and frameworks that allow the organization to launch new features at speed.
- Produce content that educates markets, showcases differentiation, and supports the sales cycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and continually update product positioning, messaging, ICP vertical lenses, competitive framing, and differentiation.
- Translate product truth into marketing assets: deck slides, one‑pagers per ICP/vertical, battlecards, talk tracks, change logs, lifecycle messaging, onboarding flows, and webinars.
- Create reusable slide templates, messaging frameworks, launch kits, and mini‑playbooks for each feature type.
- Engage with product, sales, and customers: attend roadmap reviews, product demos, and sales calls; gather feedback to refine messaging.
- Publish weekly product emails and updates for internal and external audiences.
- Produce high‑signal, market‑educating content (articles, videos, guides) that highlights value, debunks myths, and demonstrates superior research quality.
- Iterate messaging speedily, tracking conversion signals and adjusting as product evolves.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in product marketing or equivalent (strong product narrative, go‑to‑market outputs).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex AI/tech concepts.
- Structured thinker with high agency; delivers fast, accurate output without excessive oversight.
- Deep interest in AI research, B2B SaaS, or buying behavior; understanding of how AI transforms customer insights.
- Experience creating high‑impact marketing assets: decks, battlecards, emails, webinars, and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva) and content management/analytics platforms.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Comfortable iterating publicly, adapting messaging quickly, and using data to refine content.
- Passion for leveraging templates, systems, and reuse to accelerate marketing production.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or relevant product‑marketing certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, HubSpot).
