Job Description
Job Title: FP&A Analyst (H/F) – Maternity Leave Replacement Role Summary: Fixed‑term FP&A Analyst supporting Sales & Revenue Finance. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, commercial performance analysis, month‑end close, KPI validation, and reporting. Collaborates with senior leaders to drive data‑led decisions. Expectations: Deliver accurate, timely financial reports, clear insights, and timely identification of performance trends. Support strategic initiatives, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities - Assist FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning. - Work cross‑functionally with General Managers to capture assumptions and drivers. - Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. - Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for key business decisions and initiatives. - Partner with BI team on commercial sales pipeline analysis. - Own month‑end close process, validating sales KPIs (churn, downsell, upsell, pricing) and provide commentary. - Track unbilled revenue and support covenant compliance and quarterly forecasts. - Consolidate operating expenses, deliver OPEX packs, and highlight deviations. - Validate and improve dashboard data integrity. - Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools. Required Skills - 3–5 years FP&A or commercial finance experience; recent qualified accountant experience valued. - Strong Excel (advanced functions, modelling), Power BI or similar reporting tools. - Financial modelling, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Detail‑oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts to non‑finance stakeholders. - Self‑motivated, organized, team‑centric, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
