**Job Title:** Partnerships Operations Lead
**Role Summary:**
Leads operational support for Greenspace’s partnership ecosystem, managing day‑to‑day activities, events, and strategic initiatives to scale relationships with behavioral health associations, EHR partners, and other stakeholders. Acts as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring deliverables are met, data is tracked, and opportunities for new collaborations are identified.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain accurate partnership and event data in Salesforce and related tools.
- Deliver timely, high‑quality support for conferences, webinars, and partner communications.
- Proactively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and resolve issues independently.
- Provide analytical insights to guide partnership decisions and strategic growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate conference and webinar logistics, including portal management, asset creation, sponsorship deliverables, and attendee communications.
- Update and maintain partnership tracking, marketing material distribution, and fulfillment of contractual commitments.
- Assume ownership of select partner accounts, ensuring goal alignment and performance monitoring.
- Conduct primary/secondary research to support strategic initiatives, industry trend analysis, and identification of new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and senior leadership to develop promotional content and strategic plans.
