This role focuses on technical diagnostics, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, while delivering unparalleled customer service.

What we are looking for

We are in search of a technically adept and customer-focused candidate with:

Demonstrable experience as a Systems Technician within the automotive industry, preferably Mercedes-Benz
Advanced knowledge in automotive systems, diagnostics, and first-time repair
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Relevant automotive technician qualifications
A full, clean UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities of System Technician - Mercedes-Benz Cars

Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues
Performing maintenance and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards
Providing detailed reports and recommendations post-assessment
Demonstrates strong communication skills with team and customers
Stays updated with the latest automotive technology and systems
This is a permanent, full-time position - standard working hours: 40 hours per week, typically 0800-1700, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Required Qualifications And Skills

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent formal qualifications in automotive engineering
Certificated for 3 years at a diagnostic/systems technician role
Able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
