ENTER THE GAME
As a Business Development Intern, you will support strategic analyses of gaming markets, contribute to feasibility studies for new country or product launches, and assist in evaluating listed companies and M&A opportunities to help guide Betclic's growth strategy.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
Analysis of gaming markets (potential, competitive structure, regulatory constraints)
Scoping of new country or product launch projects
Analysis of the performance of listed companies in the sector
- Review of M&A files
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This internship is for you if:
You are pursuing a Master's degree in a top business school (e.g. HEC, ESCP, ESSEC), engineering school, or IEP
You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information
You're capable of developing clear recommendations based on data
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You're comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
You're proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
You speak English fluently (your boss is not French)
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). You will then meet your future manager, Humbert - Head Of Business Development. Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
A Ticket Restaurant(r) card credited with EUR11 per day (EUR6 per day funded by Betclic)
50% reimbursement of public transport costs or an annual sustainable mobility allowance (EUR230 for commuting with sustainable transport)
