Job Specifications

Title: Technical Analyst/Mobile provisioning Analyst

Duration:12 Months

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days on-site)

Must have skills:

Diploma or degree in Networking, IT, or Telecommunications (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience in mobile provisioning, specifically with carrier portals (AT&T, Bell, Rogers, Verizon, etc.), mobile device management platforms (e.g., MaaS360, Intune), and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Strong large-scale project experience combined with proven carrier engagement skills.

Strong troubleshooting skills in mobile device management (MDM tools).

Excellent customer service experience with a positive attitude and great communication skills.

Experience working closely with carrier vendors and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and able to manage high-volume environments.

Nice to have skills:

Strong ITSM (ServiceNow) skills are considered a strong asset.

Advanced Telecom Knowledge

Experience with global carriers

Knowledge of eSIM provisioning at scale

Familiarity with 5G device rollouts and enterprise mobility programs

End-User experience Focus

Strong customer service orientation

Global/Enterprise Environment

Experience supporting multi-region teams with different regulatory, compliance, and carrier requirements

Exposure to financial services or highly regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare)
