Job Title: SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Location: Mississauga, ON — 3-4 days/week onsite

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SuccessFactors implementations, system configuration, and content management, along with solid analytical and communication skills. This role requires onsite presence at our Mississauga office four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules.
Create, configure, and manage Excel templates for LMS data imports.
Upload and test learning courses in iContent and other content management platforms.
Translate business requirements into system configuration objects, producing high-quality Solution Designs aligned with SuccessFactors best practices.
Perform hands-on configuration across all relevant Data Models with strong XML knowledge.
Execute system configuration as per the Solution Design, Configuration Workbook, and Business Blueprint.
Develop and execute Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts for quality delivery.
Work with MDF objects, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end functional alignment.
Provide basic support and integration understanding with SAP HCM PA/OM modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
Certification in SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors module implementations.
Strong proficiency in XML, data models, and LMS configuration.
Experience with MDF, workflows, business rules, and foundation objects.
Ability to manage content in iContent and other CMS platforms.
Basic experience with SAP HCM PA/OM.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
