Position Overview

Our Surrey-based client is seeking a Web and SharePoint Support Specialist for a 4-month onsite engagement. This role will support several digital initiatives focused on improving their intranet, website, and internal processes. The work includes configuration in WordPress using the Divi theme, development and organization tasks within SharePoint Online, and building internal web forms that will be hosted in SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities

Support configuration, layout updates, and content adjustments within the client’s WordPress site using the Divi them.
Assist with the build and enhancements of the SharePoint Online intranet site
Develop and organize pages, document libraries, and templates within SharePoint
Create and optimize internal web forms to be published and used within SharePoint
Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and implement site or form solutions
Support general digital and website-related tasks as part of a broader modernization initiative
Document configurations, site structures, and templates to support knowledge transfer

Must Have Skills

Experience working with WordPress, specifically the Divi theme
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including page creation, document management, and intranet structure
Ability to build or configure internal web forms within SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into effective site or form solutions
Comfortable working fully onsite in a collaborative environment

Nice to Have

Experience supporting intranet builds or migrations
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps
Basic understanding of networking concepts to support broader project activities
