Job Specifications

Our Tech client is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is a fulltime role, mainly remote, with 1 day onsite every so often. You must live in Toronto.

What You'll Be Doing

CRM database maintenance, segmentation, keeping things clean and organized
marketing campaign building and management
building and executing on strategy
working with agency for email marketing
using Zoho for email marketing
focusing on demand generation, drip campaigns, and following automation and email campaigns (see what works, make recommendations to fix, etc).
you will be working on a technology tool, and therefore partnering with big organizations and agencies (in CA and the US).

What Is Needed

3+ years of experience
general marketing experience with an emphasis on email/ CRM marketing
b2b experience
Zoho is preferred for CRM
experience working with teams that have long sales cycles

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
